1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Accounts and tenants
The Service is multi-tenant. You may access only the data belonging to organizations you are a member of. Attempting to access another tenant's data is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not use the Service to violate transportation regulations.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed per truck on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Data and integrations
You retain ownership of your data. By connecting a third-party integration, you authorize Trucklane.ai to access that service on your behalf to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trucklane.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
