- Operational data you enter: loads, drivers, vehicles, and documents.
- Integration data you authorize, such as telematics and accounting records.
- Usage and device data needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide the Service, power AI features, reconcile integrations, secure accounts, and support you. We do not sell your data.
3. Data isolation and security
Tenant data is isolated at the database layer with Row-Level Security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped by role. See our security page for details.
4. Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting and AI providers) under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law.
